    We offer full service Property Management, Rental Services and Vacation Cottage and Condominium Rentals in the Charlevoix, Boyne City and East Jordan areas including waterfront homes on Lake Charlevoix, Lake Michigan and Walloon Lake. We have offerings at Water Street Inn, Pointes North Inn which provide nightly, weekly and monthly rentals and Foster Boat Works condominiums for longer stays along with several other associations. We are available during regular business hours on the weekdays and during the daytime on most weekends.
