At Currey Farms, we are continuing a tradition that started four generations ago in our family. We make around 4,000 gallons of maple syrup each year! This involves collecting the sap that flows naturally from the trees on our Charlevoix farm each Spring. Then we boil it, and when enough water evaporates to yield the desired thickness, what remains is pure, natural, delicious maple syrup…the healthiest natural sweetener available! Even though we only make it for about 6 weeks each Spring, we sell our products all year long. You can find them at the Charlevoix Farmers’ Market, Martin’s Market, the Lake House, Elements Gallery, Harbor View Café, and Flap Jack.
