    The Beaver Island Performing Arts Alliance (BIPAA) produces the Baroque on Beaver Festival and the Beaver Island Jazz Series. Its mission is to promote the performing arts to enrich the greater Beaver Island community. BIPAA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Its Board of Directors is currently chaired by Sally Rehkopf. Its Executive Director is Matthew Thomas.

    Baroque on Beaver, the BIPAA's signature event, is held annually over the last full weekend in July through the first weekend in August. In 2024 Baroque celebrated twenty-three years of bringing the musical arts to the Beaver Island community and its summer visitors with this festival of classical music.
