Charlevoix Cheese Company is a family-owned and operated dairy farm and farmstead cheese production facility in Charlevoix, Michigan.
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Assistant Cheesemaker to join our team. This role is a hands-on position supporting the cheese production process and ensuring finished products meet or exceed Food Safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.

- Experience not required — enthusiasm for physical work in a detail-focused environment is a must
- Part-time or full-time, depending on skillset
- Weekday hours, with occasional Saturday mornings
- Must be able to lift 50lbs with frequent standing and bending
- Passion for artisan food encouraged!
