April is a time of renewal and anticipation for good things to ‘Spring’ forth. It’s time to elevate basic pasta-making and learn how to incorporate added flavors. If you have tried to participate in the earlier introductory classes, you are still welcome in this class.
For those who have tasted the fruits of your earlier kitchen labor and are eager for more, I am branching out into Pasta II. If you are a repeat student, be prepared to make your dough uncoached, and learn how to add ingredients for extra flair. Also, I will cover a couple of sauce techniques, and we will discuss drying and longer-term storage. A yummy dish will be shared using the pasta made in class. As always, please bring an open mind and an apron, and a beverage if you choose.
