You will also taste other commercially made pastas and learn why fresh pasta at home is something you will want to make over and over again. All utensils and ingredients are provided, and you will leave the class with a fresh-made lasagna you can heat at home (serves two). Ravioli and tortellini will be demonstrated. Bring an apron, and open mind, and a beverage for your personal consumption. No prior experience necessary!
